DAMPCO LLC grew the way most good contractors do: one finished job at a time, for owners who called us back for the next one. Headquartered in McAllen, we started in the Rio Grande Valley and followed our clients north into San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Today our core work is restaurant and QSR remodels, retail build-outs and tenant improvements, commercial renovations, and select ground-up projects. Much of it happens in occupied, operating buildings where downtime costs the owner real money, so we plan around store hours, phase the work, and communicate daily.
